What this site is

Suroeste a la Mano is a business and tourism directory for southwestern Antioquia. It shows listings, posts and experiences provided by businesses or by the site team.

It is not a store. An order, booking or payment you make with a business is an agreement between you and that business. The directory does not charge cards or handle delivery.

Using the site

You may browse the directory for information. You may not impersonate a business, upload false data, interfere with the service, or scrape the content in bulk to republish it.

Accounts and listings

Business and admin accounts are created by the site team. Whoever edits a listing is responsible for the texts, phone numbers, photos and other data being accurate, and for having the right to publish them.

We may correct, hide or remove a listing, and suspend an account, if the content breaks these terms, infringes someone else's rights, or no longer matches an active business.

Intellectual property

The design, name and code of the site belong to their owners. The text and photos of each listing remain with the person who provided them. They authorize us to show them in the directory while the listing is published.

Takedown notice

If a text, photo or listing infringes your rights, write to dircomsur@gmail.com with the page address, the content you object to, and why. We will review the notice and, when appropriate, remove or correct the content.

Availability and liability

Hours, prices, accessibility and contact details are provided by each business and may change. We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, Suroeste a la Mano is not liable for harm from using a business's information or from an outage or fault in the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes are submitted to the Colombian courts.
